"their confidence soared and they loved their time with you"

"I just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you once more for the time you spent with my girls. They were so thrilled, their confidence soared and they loved their time with you. Thank you so much.
I have attached a few pictures of our camp with you for you to see.
We will be back in a couple of years and will definitely look you up again."

"South Bay Volleyball Jump Training has become a household name amongst my friends"

"South Bay Volleyball Jump Training has become a household name amongst my friends simply because they have seen the results first hand. Not only did I go from soft to shredded, but also the improvement in my vertical leap and ability to cut through the sand during volleyball play has been exponentially improved. Months later, people still ask me about Jump Training and continue to comment on my increased level of fitness. With an elevated level of conditioning, I feel great, look great and am having a ton of fun on the beach. Jump Training is the best commitment I've made in a long time. Plus, I met my superhero girlfriend there. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. "

"I won 1st place in the Men's "B" Tournament at Manhattan Beach and earned my "A" CBVA Rating."

Hey Steven,

Great News! - I won 1st place in the Men's "B" Tournament at Manhattan
Beach and earned my "A" CBVA Rating.

Saturday there was a pretty good (tough) turn-out: 25 teams at Manhattan
Beach including other people from class: Dan, Phil, Jack and Grey were also
playing in the tournament.

Jump training totally made a difference increasing my endurance and
vertical jump. My legs were not tired at all and were an asset
throughout the final. My lower back was still a little tight but forced
me to play a little bit smarter than usual.

See you Tuesday night

"I haven't had this much fun training in a long time"

hey dude -

just thought I'd let you know that your jump training class is great. I haven't had this much fun training in a long time since my college basketball days a ways back (and I probably didn't enjoy it as much back then being 18 and all). I'm going to let a couple of other friends of mine know about the class for next year.

Anyway, just wanted to give you some feedback. Class is awesome, dude. See you sunday.

"Your jump training class was excellent mental and physical preparation for the climb."

Steven,

I mentioned when I saw you a while back that I'd send you my summit pictures from my Mt. McKinley climb last year. The climb took 13 days, most of it at high altitude carrying a 60 lb pack and dragging a 50 lb sled. Your jump training class was excellent mental and physical preparation for the climb. I had the energy and confidence to climb safely in the challenging conditions. Thanks!

"all 4 or so of us in the class all agreed that you are a great teacher."

Hi Steve,

People are always so quick to write to someone when they have a complaint rather than a compliment.  So, I wanted to pass this along to you.  I just wanted to let you know that all 4 or so of us in the class all agreed that you are a great teacher. We were all impressed with your skills. I talked to Amy and she said, "He knows how to look at you and say, 'hmmm put your hand lower' or what not and it works!"  I completely agreed.  I'm confident that I'll be playing well before next summer.

Have a good week. See you Saturday.

"he elevated my game, and my partner's, to a level I never thought imaginable"

I had played beach volleyball for 15 years before I met Steve, and within a couple of private training lessons, he elevated my game, and my partner's, to a level I never thought imaginable. He is able to assess a player's greatest need and provide direct instruction to improve technique and overall performance. He is stringent on conditioning, meticulous on fundamentals and passionate about the game of beach volleyball. Without his coaching and training, I would not have grown into a competitive player.

"If you really want to learn how to play then take Ijams' class."

I met a guy in my new office and he just moved here from Atlanta. He wants to learn how to play beach volleyball and of course I gave him a ton of advice.  I said if you want to just meet girls then take ******** class or the ********** class. You might learn something here or there but you won't really get allot out of it.  If you really want to learn how to play then take Ijams' class.

"I finally found what I was looking for…"

"When I moved to Hermosa Beach, I quickly noticed the intensity and competitiveness of the sport.  After fooling around with recreation lessons, I finally found what I was looking for…motivated, professional coaching and mentoring.  This is more than just a social class; it is for the brave, bold and stout-hearted…get ready for a challenge to stretch your faith and muscles for what the sport was intended.  Steve does a tremendous job in his ability to encourage, coach and correct my old habits into the right ones.  After 3 years of coaching with Steve, I can now play the sport with a professional style and compete with an edge."

"I am not sore & can outlast a lot of the guys /gals since my legs don't get so tired!"

"Hey Steve,
Hope you are having a good start to the NY! Can you believe it is Feb already?
See the jump training is getting off to a good start. Hey! Reason for sending you a note is to let you know how great the pre-training session is... For me personally it gives some great x-training ready for snowboarding season & means I get out to the mountains stronger out of the gate. I am not sore & can outlast a lot of the guys /gals since my legs don't get so tired! Woopeee! Good season so far... be sure to keep me on your roster for the 2011 pre-training! Thanks a bunch!
See ya on the sand!
-Claire.
