A: We allow 3 spaces in each class for students to make up a class in.  Students may make up a maximum of TWO classes in similar or lower level class within the 6 week session that student registered for. Class make ups are dependant on the availability.  Further, students are not allowed to make up classes in a level higher than they registered for.
Q: How will I know if classes get cancelled the day of class or for Holidays?
A: Most of the time we know well in advance if we have to work classes around a certain date.   Unfortunately, some situations occur that leave us unable to have class without much notice.  In the case of wind/rain/flooding etc...see Q/A above.  If for other reasons, in this very uncommon situations, we almost always have a make up class.  We kindly request your flexibility on our make up date.   In case of last minute class cancellations, we leave live status updates on our facebook page.  Just search Steven Ijams or South Bay Volleybal land friend request us.  Also, we leave outgoing VM message.  If you are curious about holidays, we often update our website or just contact us and we'll let you know.
